Practice practice practice
Preparing for this year I spent 6 hours doing acrobatics, 2-4 hours at the gym, 3-4 hours doing lessons and practices for cabaret, and an addtional 3-4 hours working on smooth. A total of 16-18 hours per week spent preparing for the dance season.
Competing

UDC
Celebratory feasting
Over the past few years of competing, we've built a tradition: on the final day, we go out to eat. It's how we celebrate our victories-or console ourselves after the disappointments. We never go out to eat before we compete. The meal has to be earned.

Business in the front party in the back
Ty and I had a fantastic ballroom session, placing at nearly every competition we attended. We plan to bow out of Novice and move up to Prechamp and Amateur.
Blessed to have been surrounded by the people who love and supported me the most
Lol, so that somehow happened...IYKYK
This year was a special Nationals indeed. Isaac's and my final year competing togther with the hopes of returning to the dance floor in years to come. After almost butchering our preliminary round, we barely eeked into the final to complete a dream almost 10 years in the making.
Third Place!

Strength and Honor
A huge thanks to all the family, friends, and coaches that helped us get to where we are. My favorite piece of advise came from my dad "Win the crowd, give them something they've never seen before". Guess that quote
Ask us how we celebrated.

As this year comes to a close, I find myself looking back with a deep sense of gratitude. Especially for the memories made and for the people who walked alongside me. Each season brought its own lessons. 2025 was a good year. Here's to carrying gratitude forward and making room for whatever good comes next.
